    Great view of the lake.

    The service was annoyingly poor. I found the staff to be more focused on tips than on providing help. The room was outdated and not as comfortable as I expected, leaving me disappointed throughout my stay.

    Luxurious and upscale hotel that has attentive staff from front staff to restaurant and management. The room is extremely spacious and tidy, comes with 2000+taxes extra, views of Indian kites hunting, the garden. When I am in Srinagar, I like staying here.

    We savored the best vegetarian club sandwich while soaking in the fine sunset over the lake- lovely moments! I recommend dining early for the best views.

    The in-room dining service was excellent, with delicious dishes like Moong dal Khichdi and Spaghetti Bolognese that the whole family enjoyed. Perfect.

    My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available.

    The views of Dal Lake were amazing 🌅 The service was very nice too, especially from Iqbal, who surprised us with a birthday cake. One downside was the breakfast variety could use some improvement.

    The room was well-appointed with a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making facilities.

    Beautiful building and rooms with a view. Location: amazing, adjacent to the mountain, a hill which has a superb view from all rooms off the Dal lake and an expansive garden👍🙂

    The views of the lake were very nice! We explored nearby attractions and enjoyed the pool, a great retreat. Remember, you'll need a car to get around, but the warm service and cozy atmosphere made it all worth it.

    The only downside was the breakfast buffet. It felt a bit repetitive and could use more variety for a luxury experience.
